VENDOR FAIR FEES

FEE INCLUDES:

One 10 x 10 space will be allocated per fee paid on a first come basis (Includes one 6’ banquet table and two folding chairs)

 

We DO NOT provide electric power or access to WiFi. No exceptions.

 

You must remove your own trash. You will be charged a $50.00 trash removal fee for items left behind.

 

All spaces are assigned by our Fair Committee and you will be given your space assignment at check-in.

PAYMENTS:

We accept CC through PayPal or choose the Pay by Check option upon checkout.

 

The Event is rain or Shine NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Check payments must be received no later than April 20th 2017.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vendor for non compliance to the rules
and or non payment.

Following our annual NHC Parade we will host the 2017 Pride Fair. We are changing things up a bit this year the main stage and vendor area  will be behind The Logan Inn
in the parking lot where you will find our PRIDE VILLAGE and flow down West Ferry St. into Ferry Park where you will find additional vendors and our food court in
the Bucks County Playhouse parking lot.

 

NOTE: The Playhouse Parking is for theatre attendees who use the valet service only.

 

Our Pride Fair is a designated Smoke Free Zone!

 

Our theme for this years event Is Pride County Fair we'd like to create a fun hometown feel with unique merchandise, snacks, food and Live Local Bands and DJ. Dancing and just a bunch of fun.

 

Open to all, this event is family and dog friendly. It's a fun filled day that brings everyone together to celebrate diversity. Visitors will also find various vendors and offers LGBT and Ailed services, crafts, jewelry, clothing and of course food vendors will be there for visitors to grab a snack.

There are many other fun and educational activities slated for New Hope Celebrates Pride week. Some of these activities include FACT Bingo, Comedians, Dances, and other local events.

LOCATIONS

 

EVENT DATE:

Saturday May, 20th 2017 from 12:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 

SETTING UP At the LOADING INN

Early set up is strongly advised, vendors will be permitted to set up between 7:30 am - 9:45 am. Due to road closures for the Parade vendors must be in place at set times.
Main Street will be closed for Parade at 11:00 am access will be limited till after the
Parade route is cleared.

 

TENTS & LARGE UMBRELLAS:

We do not provide tents or large umbrellas. We suggest that you bring either a 10 x 10 Standard pop-up tent or a patio umbrella with stand to protect you from the sun and or rain.

 

NON PROFITS VENDORS

Will be divided up between Ferry St. and the Playhouse -

You will be sent additional setup information closer to the event date.

 

FOOD VENDORS

We ask that food vendors be on site to setup at 8:00 am.

VENDOR GUIDELINES:

  1. Please remember this is an outdoor venue. Availability is on a first reserved basis, and vendor placement is at the sole discretion of New Hope Celebrates, Inc. NHC and their representatives/volunteers will not be responsible for loss, damage, or personal/business liability.

  2. If you are advised to provide your own tent/canopy, it must be of flame retardant material and weighted/secured against wind (ground stakes are NOT permitted). Additional chairs will be available only if ordered.

  3. There will be NO REFUNDS. However, fees may be tax deductible.
    We GO rain or shine.

  4. NO music allowed at table. All items must be appropriate for general public. No electricity provided. Notify chairperson if bringing tent.

  5. Vendors must be in compliance with all local, state, federal, and venue rules and regulations and provide proof of same. No vending will be permitted outside of the designated area. Vendor information may be provided to the PA State Department of Taxation.

  6. For setup/breakdown, temporary vehicle loading/unloading guidelines are provided below.
    Parking is OFF SITE during the Vendor Fair and will be the responsibility of each participant.
    There is NO Parking in the lot during the event.

  7. PLEASE refrain from bringing Large Tracker Trailers. Please contact us ahead of time and we will discuss other options.

CHECK-IN:

All vendors are to check in at the Vendor Registration table upon arrival at the main entrance of the LOGAN INN - BCPH at the Ferry St. Entrance parking lots. This year we will have two waves of arrival - 8:30 and 9:30. If you would like extra time to set up, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you with an early arrival time.
All vendors will be provided 2 wristbands for entry to the fairgrounds. Tables and chairs are provided and will be in a general area for you to pick-up. We do not supply power.

 

LOAD-IN:

Each group will have approximately 30 minutes to unload.  All cars need to be removed from the festival grounds by 10:30. Everyone is trying to off-load in a short amount of time, so please be considerate and remove your vehicle as soon as possible.

 

SET-UP:

Set-up can continue until 11:00 am vehicles will not be able to access Main Street after 10:30 am due to the parade route.  Since the parade begins at 11:30 and the route is next to the vendor fair location, it is recommended that you be set up and be ready to go no later than 11:00 am.  The parade will then run from 11:30 until approximately 1:00 pm, at which time the Block Party will begin.  Note: Since the we have combined the vendor fair and pride fair entertainment, you will not be permitted to have music at your tables..... don't worry... we have plenty of entertainment lined up!

 

 

BREAKDOWN AND LOAD-OUT:

Breakdown is at 5:00 pm, cars will be allowed back in the parking area after the entertainment ends.

 

TRASH REMOVAL:

Vendors are responsible for the removal of their own trash/garbage from their booth site and clean up their site.

Participants are expected to abide by all applicable New Hope Borough and
Commonwealth of PA laws.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the vendor fair area, however there will be 2 bars on either side of the event. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed on the property of the bar.  Persons deemed to be visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the parade.
