Come Out and Volunteer
New Hope Celebrates is a volunteer driven organization. We have year-round volunteers and Pride Festival volunteers who each play an important part in running all aspects of the festival.
Our year-round volunteers are usually committee members are Team Leaders, each with
their own focus. Team Members commit to 2-5 hours a week, increasing as we get closer to
the festival, to support NHC Pride community-based, logistics, volunteer management,
and communications needs.
Our weekend volunteers, who work during the main festival weekend, help make Pride happen at the select locations around town and at the Bucks County Playhouse. Weekend volunteers commit to at least 1-2 four-hour shifts, and are able to experience multiple aspects of the
Pride Festival. Volunteers will be give T-Shirts, free passes to attend our events. Students
may receive a letter of completion of community service.
Volunteering allows a unique way to experience the festival. Our diverse, dynamic teams provide great practical experience, a chance to meet new people, and allow our volunteers
to give back to our communities.
